Welcome to PNW Trading Card Co. (“we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website https://pnwtradingcardco.comhttps://pnwtradingcardco.comhttps://pnwtradingcardco.com and any purchases you make from our online store (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or purchase from our store.

1. Online Store Terms

1.1 You must be at least 181818 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use this site or purchase products from us. If you are under that age, you may only use the site with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

1.2 You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you violate any laws in your jurisdiction in connection with your use of the Services.

1.3 You must not transmit any worms, viruses, malicious code, or engage in activities that could harm or interfere with our website or other users.

2. Accuracy of Information

2.1 We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product listings, descriptions, prices, and other information on the site are accurate. However, we do not warrant that all information is complete, current, or error-free.

2.2 We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Services or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

3. Products and Trading Card Condition

3.1 We primarily sell sports trading cards, TCG cards, and related collectibles (the “Products”). Unless specifically stated otherwise, Products are sold as-is and in the condition described in the listing.

3.2 Condition terms (e.g., “Near Mint,” “Light Play,” etc.) reflect our good-faith opinion and common hobby standards. Grading is inherently subjective, and we do not guarantee any specific grade if a card is submitted to a third-party grading company (e.g., PSA, BGS, CGC, TAG, etc.).

3.3 Minor printing or manufacturing flaws, surface imperfections, or typical pack/print issues that are common with trading cards are not considered defects for purposes of returns or refunds.

3.4 We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of Products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction, and we may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis.

3.5 All descriptions of Products or pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any Product at any time.

4. Pricing, Taxes & Payment

4.1 All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise.

4.2 Applicable sales tax will be added to your order based on your shipping address and current tax laws and rates.

4.3 We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been placed and confirmed.

4.4 Payment is due at the time you place your order. We accept the payment methods offered at checkout (e.g., credit/debit cards, Shop Pay, PayPal, etc.). By submitting payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.

5. Orders, Acceptance & Cancellations

5.1 Your order constitutes an offer to purchase Products from us. We may accept or decline your order at our sole discretion.

5.2 All sales are final. Once an order is placed and payment is completed, it cannot be canceled, changed, or modified. Please review your cart carefully before completing checkout.

5.3 We may cancel or refuse any order for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Product availability or inventory errors

  • Suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity

  • Errors in pricing or product information

If we cancel an order after your payment has been processed, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

5.4 If a Product you ordered becomes unavailable after purchase due to inventory error or other issue, we may cancel your order and issue a full refund or contact you to offer an alternative if available.

6. Shipping & Delivery

6.1 We ship orders to the destinations listed at checkout. Shipping options, rates, and estimated delivery times will be presented during checkout.

6.2 Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, customs, or other factors may extend shipping time beyond our control.

6.3 Risk of loss and title for Products pass to you when we deliver the Products to the carrier. Once your order is in the carrier’s possession, we are not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by the carrier. If you would like insurance or signature confirmation, please choose the applicable shipping option (if available) at checkout.

6.4 You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders lost or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by you.

7. Refunds, Returns & Exchanges (All Sales Final – 3-Day Exception Window)

7.1 All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or order cancellations for:

  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse

  • Market price changes

  • Grading outcomes that differ from your expectations

  • Minor condition issues consistent with the description and photos

7.2 Notwithstanding the above, we will review issues in very limited cases where:

  1. You received a completely different item than what you ordered (e.g., wrong card), or

  2. The item has major damage that was not reasonably visible or disclosed in the listing photos or description (e.g., a large crease, tear, or severe damage clearly beyond what was shown), or

  3. The item appears to have been significantly damaged in transit.

7.3 If you believe one of the above exceptions applies, you must:

  • Contact us within 3 calendar days of the marked delivery date.

  • Include:

    • Your order number

    • Clear photos of the item (front, back, and close-ups of the issue)

    • Photos of the packaging and shipping label (for transit damage issues)

Claims made after 3 days from the marked delivery date will not be eligible for review.

7.4 After reviewing your claim, we may, at our sole discretion:

  • Confirm that the item matches the listing, in which case no refund or replacement will be issued; or

  • Offer a replacement (if available); or

  • Offer a partial refund; or

  • Offer a full refund upon return of the item.

7.5 If a return is authorized:

  • We will provide instructions for returning the item.

  • Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received and in appropriate protective packaging.

  • Unless otherwise stated in our communication, PNW Trading Card Co. will cover return shipping cost.

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, any approved refund will be processed to your original payment method.

7.6 We do not guarantee any future market value of collectibles. Price fluctuations in the trading card market are not a valid reason for returns or refunds.

8. International Orders (If Applicable)

8.1 For international orders, you are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your country. These fees are not included in our prices or shipping charges.

8.2 International shipping times may vary and can be significantly longer due to customs processing. We are not responsible for customs delays or items held or rejected by customs.

9. Optional Tools, Third-Party Services & Links

9.1 Our store may provide you with access to third-party tools or services over which we have no control (e.g., payment processors, shipping providers, analytics tools).

9.2 You acknowledge that we provide access to such tools or services “as is” and “as available” without warranties, representations, or conditions of any kind and without endorsement.

9.3 Certain content, products, and services available via our Services may include materials from third parties or links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy and will not have any liability or responsibility for any third-party materials or websites.

10. Personal Information & Privacy

10.1 Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

11. Prohibited Uses

11.1 In addition to other prohibitions set forth in these Terms, you are prohibited from using the site or its content:

  • For any unlawful purpose

  • To solicit others to perform or participate in unlawful acts

  • To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others

  • To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate

  • To submit false or misleading information

  • To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code

  • To collect or track the personal information of others without consent

  • To spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape

  • To interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Services or any related website

11.2 We reserve the right to terminate your use of the Services for violating any of the prohibited uses.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability

12.1 We do not guarantee that your use of the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

12.2 You agree that from time to time we may remove the Services for indefinite periods of time or cancel the Services at any time, without notice to you.

12.3 You expressly agree that your use of, or inability to use, the Services is at your sole risk. The Services and all Products delivered to you are (except as expressly stated by us) provided “as is” and “as available” for your use, without any representation, warranties, or conditions of any kind, either express or implied.

12.4 In no case shall PNW Trading Card Co., our owners, employees, affiliates, or service providers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, or replacement costs, arising from your use of any of the Services or Products, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise.

12.5 Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Product(s) related to the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PNW Trading Card Co. and our affiliates, partners, officers, owners, employees, and service providers from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

14. Changes to the Services and Prices

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Services (or any part thereof) at any time without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Services.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of WashingtonWashingtonWashington, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
