Return Policy

No returns are accepted once an item is delivered. All sales are final.

Please review photos and descriptions carefully before purchasing.

PNW Trading Card Co. Money Back Guarantee still applies: if an item arrives damaged, significantly not as described, or counterfeit, buyers are protected.

Sealed products, graded slabs, and raw cards are sold as-is and cannot be returned for grading dissatisfaction or buyer’s remorse.

Refund Policy

Refunds are not offered unless covered under PNW Trading Card Co. Money Back Guarantee.

Refunds will only be issued if:

The item arrives damaged in transit

The item is significantly not as described

The item is counterfeit

In such cases, the item must be returned in the exact condition received before any refund is processed.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except when the error is on our part (e.g., wrong item sent).

Buyer’s remorse, grading results, or subjective opinions of condition are not valid reasons for a refund.
